Sohit Manandhar is an actor born on 22nd July at Balaju, Kathmandu to Father Triratna Manandhar and Mother Shila Manandhar. Sohit completed his schooling from Gyana Mandir English School and +2 from National Institute of Techinal Sciences and bachelor from Kantipur City College in Computer Engineering .

He registered a software company named Qualia E-groups with friends. He took acting class from Anup Baral's Actor's Studio.He participated in theatre play "Ovid's Metamorphosis" at Hotel Vajra and "Thou and I". His first debut movie was 'Rhythm' as a lead charater where his performance was praised by the film critics and won the heart of audience.

He then has done 'Natiza' and guest appearance in 'Woman in white'. He has currently working on new movie 'Friends'. He is also supporting in his family business. He was nominated in "Online Filmykhabar Award 2070" as "Popular Debutant Actor".
