Surabhi Jain is Nepo-Indian actress born on 31st October in Kathmandu to Father Chattra Singh Jain (Indian) and Mother Sita Bista (Indian). Surabhi completed her schooling from Suryodaya and her +2 from a WhiteHouse College and did BBA from the same college. She stood second board topper in 1st semester and went to London for further studies and enrolled for ACCA. Her interest to fine arts were from school days where she used to take part on dance competitions. Surabhi says- 'I never had confidence to accept what i really wanted in life until i was approached for the film SAMAYA.'

Her 1st debut movie was 'SAMAYA' as a lead actress where her performance was praised by the film critics and won the heart of audience. She then has done 'NAGBELI' and a documentry film 'NARI'. She has appeared in several prints and advertisements like DDC, RAJDHANI PAPER, AGHAM RICE etc. She has currently working on new film 'MIND' where she plays a Pakistani character and bg in couple of music videos.

She adds'I never thought i would cancel the ticket back to London and start doing films'. Her family is from business sector and was alot hard to convince them. She thinks well educated personnel are entering this filed and improvisation in camera, script, presentation has uplifted the condition of industry.
